The Team at Boot Camp will show you a new way of training, many of the exercises and programmes that we use are military inspired so you may well be able to imagine the intensity of the course. Our instructors cater for all levels of fitness and keep a watchful eye on each and every member of the group to ensure that everyone is working to the best of their abilities and therefore gaining the maximum benefit from the Boot Camp.

After attending our Boot Camp for a period of time all members will notice a significant improvement, from weight loss, inch loss to increased energy and a general all round higher level of well being. Our resident nutritionist Julie can be close to hand throughout your time at Boot Camp to give advice, help and teach the group about the benefits of keeping a good and healthy balanced diet.
No two fitness sessions are the same during training cycles and so therefore interest levels and curiosity are kept high. Warm-ups usually consist of calisthenics and total body flexibility exercises in order to prepare the body for the upcoming session with cooling down exercises for the ending of sessions. Military exercises are based on simple yet highly effective basic movement patterns that are executed at high intensity. Time tested, these are work-outs which will succeed in producing immeasurable health and fitness results by way of engaging the entire body as a whole and thereby improve cardiovascular endurance, definition, strength and self confidence.
