I joined Mikes Bootcamp at Danson in January of this year.  I can honestly say it has changed me, "I'm not a fan of the gym, and I don't have the motivation to push myself out of my comfort zone if I work out on my own".  Bootcamp is the only exercise I have managed to stick with, Mike is great and makes you work hard, but I can honestly say I enjoy every minute of it!  In the past 6 months I have lost a stone, and dropped almost 2 dress sizes - I am also fitter, healthier than I have been for years, and made a whole new bunch of friends as well.
