I have been training with the bootcamp guys for over 2 years. Matt has been in charge for the last year. I have always kept fit but needed a boost to my knowledge and incentive to train. I am like most people and will pick the stuff I like and find easy. I asked Rob then Matt to train us at work on Thursday lunchtimes and he does a fantastic job. Although I hate him every week for an hour I am very grateful for his efforts, hard work and patience.

Matt is very knowledgeable, has a huge variety of torture exercises and equipment at his disposable and can manage a group of mixed abilities very well.

For me it's an hour away from work, me time when I can work as hard as I can in the fresh air. Matt is highly likeable ( I don't hate him really) and isn't a shouty instructor. He works to everyone's strengths and without doubt ensures everyone coughs a lung up at the end.

If he didn't keep taking photos of us with red faces looking pooped he would be perfect.
