I joined Bootcamp.uk.com in October 2011 and was very overweight and unfit. I’d already lost 3st on my own having sorted out my nutrition, but hadn’t found a sport that I enjoyed or that worked me very hard…

From the moment I joined Bootcamp.uk.com I knew I was going to love it.  The sessions are always different, you never know what’s coming and Craig & Matt are brilliant at knowing how to push you to your limits.

The sessions are great fun, exhausting and burn a silly amount of calories! I’ve always used exercise as a means to lose weight and have always given up once I’d lost weight. However I’ve now found something that I enjoy and will keep doing.  I’ve really noticed how my fitness has improved over the last year and how alive I feel…  Since I joined bootcamp.uk.com a year ago, I’ve lost a further 5 stone and have now maintained this for 6 months.  I’ve tried other bootcamps but none have the variety, fun and intensity that you get with this one…
